Welcome to our discussion site We at Mountain Dog Food have been working toward an assessment of grain based diet as opposed to the raw diet. To this end we have gathered some research and generated some theories as to what may be happening. We believe that this information may provide insight as well, into the reasons, why dogs appear to do much better on the raw diet once conversion has taken place. We are interested in what in what other supportive information may be available as well as any personal experience you may have regarding these issues. Any feed back is appreciated and if there are other sources you could guide us to, we will investigate. We believe that there has been enough testing by others in this area to gain some confidence in our conclusions. Our challenge is interpreting the output as it relates to the raw food diet.
